Overview

A hotelier contacted us to provide a quote for installing air conditioning in all the bedrooms. They wanted a more efficient heating system that gives guests individual temperature control, with the added bonus of cooling in the summer

The Challenge

This property features two buildings and the “Main House” is an old building with very few stud walls or loft spaces.

Our Solution

We took our time and located the neatest positions possible to place the units and to hide our pipework. We hate using trunking internally but sometimes needs must, so we used what we think is the best looking trunking on the market.

The Result

The customer now benefits from reliable cooling during summer and efficient heating through winter, giving his guests, a comfortable and refreshing sleep all year round.
